- NO PACKING WHEN THE MOVERS ARRIVE - all packing should be done before truck shows up at agreed time. ALL boxes should OUT OF the way of large furniture that needs to be moved. Neatly stacked in one room if possible or in a corner of the room.
- PACKING SUPPLIES ARE INCLUDED IN A PACKAGE UPON DEPOSIT FEES.
- ALL VEHICLES OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY PRIOR TO MOVING TRUCK ARRIVING.
- ALL SIDEWALKS AND DOORWAYS MUST BE SNOW FREE AND SALTED PRIOR TO MOVING TRUCK ARRIVING.
- ALL ITEMS IN THE PATH OF THE MOVERS MUST BE CLEARED PRIOR TO MOVERS ARRIVING.
- ALL ITEMS MUST BE BOXES AND TAPPED SECURELY. Minus tools, odd larger shaped items.
- EVERY DRAWER MUST BE EMPTIED. NO TAPPING DOORS/DRAWERS TO HOLD PERSON ITEMS IN PLACE. If you want to shrink wrap the drawers you must do it yourself and each drawer is considered a box at that point.
- ALL BOOKS MUST BE IN SMALL MANAGEABLE BOXES. PREFERABLY UHAUL SMALLEST BOX WITH HANDLES.
